US wants China to talk about AI weapons.

AI model for music releasing.

Google DeepMind and YouTube have announced a new music generation model called Lyria and two new toolsets called Dream Track and Music AI. The new tools are designed to help with the creative process and help AI music stay credible. The complexity of music models makes it difficult for AI models to maintain musical continuity across phrases, verses, or extended passages. Dream Track is initially rolling out to a limited set of creators to build 30-second AI-generated soundtracks in the voice and musical style of artists.
